From 4 September 2017, TLScontact will only accept payment by debit or credit cards at any of the Australian Visa Application Centres (AVACs) or Australian Biometric Collection Centres (ABCCs) in South Africa.
In May, TLScontact South Africa introduced a debit/credit card payment option for the visa application charge. An easier and safer option than cash, almost all applicants are now paying their application fees using either debit or credit cards. From 4 September 2017, TLScontact will no longer accept cash payments at the Australian Visa Application Centres (AVACs) in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Both the visa application charge (DIBP) and service fee (TLScontact) should be paid for using a credit or debit card.
These changes to payment methods only apply to applicants utilising the services of TLScontact in South Africa.
